We at Shoshinkan Schools of Traditional Tomiki Aikido are very serious about the responsibility of teaching Aikido. Shoshinkan is affiliated to Various National and International governing bodies, . Through these affiliations students have access to some of the best Tomiki/Shodokan Aikido instructors in the world. Shoshinkan also offer the student the opportunity to enter competitions if they wish, although this is optional and is not a requirement for advancing in the various grades. For those who wish to teach Aikido in the future Shoshinkan can offer access to various coaching courses run by MASTARR. Shoshinkan is affiliated to a coaching programme that will offer students a professional qualification. NVQ (City & Guilds)
